Yesterday's event went really well. Loads of vegetarian/vegan companies exhibited their products along with cookery demonstrations and talks. My friends and I mostly hung out by this table which was giving out free dehydrated kale crisps with cashew cheese and an apple and coconut dessert. Let's just say we were pretty full after leaving the event.
