A few days before cleansing, begin to eliminate foods from your diet other than fresh fruits and vegetables.
Set aside 1 to 3 days to eat just fruits and vegetables and drink water. The live enzymes in the fruits and vegetables help to cleanse the body naturally.
Drink pure juices such as apple, papaya, lemon, orange, grapefruit, or tomato.
Eliminate all other foods during cleansing, including caffeine, meat, processed foods, sugars, carbohydrates, etc.
Following the cleanse, slowly add healthy foods like lean protein and whole grains back into your daily diet.
Natural Colon Cleanse

- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 1 Tablespoon cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon parsley
